What warranty do you offer with your new homes?

An industry standard warranty is provided by the builder for a period of one year after the completion of your new home. It covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during this period. It also covers an 11 month walk-through to fix items such as nail pops that can occur in the initial year due to settling.

How much money is required for my downpayment?

The amount of down payment required for a home building project can vary based on several factors such as the stage of construction, the uniqueness of the design, and the financing of the project. Typically, the down payment required is between 10 to 20 percent of the total cost.
